The 21st century teacher in a united Europe is not just a transmitter of knowledge, but a mediator, innovator and guide of European values. His role is aimed at preparing responsible citizens, able to successfully integrate into modern society and contribute to its development. The proposed Jean Monnet module will focus on studying and disseminating the European Union's experience in preparing a new generation of teachers, able to overcome the challenges of the 21st century, through comprehensive educational, professional and social initiatives aimed at developing modern competences, adapting to the digital era and ensuring inclusion. The module aims to further promote European policies on effective skills and ensure that 21st century skills remain a top priority across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project goal<\/strong> is to provide educators with the skills necessary for modern pedagogical practice that meets EU educational standards, contributing to the creation of an innovative and interactive classroom environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Introduce educational modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \u201cDeveloping 21st-century Skills of the teacher: from EU to UA\u201d (for PhD students);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u201cEuropean Practices for the Development of Creativity\u201d (for Master's students); <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u201cDigital Education: the EU experience for Ukraine\u201d (for Master\u2019s students);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. To organize summer school \u201cSkills of the Future: the 21st Century Focus and EU Innovative Initiatives\u201d for HEI and VET teachers, school teachers \/ public activists<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. To organize scientific and practical conference \u201cNew challenges in forming the 21st century skills: EU approaches\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. To conduct research<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. To organize roundtable \u201cBuilding Bridges: Fostering 21st-Century Education through EU Best \nPractices\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. To organize public events for educators, media representatives and general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
